Our black and tan marble chess set is a very fine set with beautifully sculpted pieces and a highly polished marble chess board. The chess board is 16" square and the King stands 3.5" tall. The chess board and men are boxed and shipped in a sturdy molded styrofoam contained, which also serves for storage when not in use. This is substantial chess set.
